The Town is seeking a successful candidate to be appointed
by the Commissioner of Public Works. Responsibilities include assisting in organizing,
planning and directing the work of 33 employees in the DPW, which includes
highway, water, recycling and traffic; administering the annual $8.5 million operating
budget; and recommending capital improvement programs. Requirements include strong motivational
& interpersonal skills, a background in managing multi-faceted local government
public works operations; and understanding principles of construction &
