State Training on Zombie Property Laws

The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) oversees compliance with zombie property laws requiring mortgage companies to monitor and maintain vacant properties.

DFS is holding training sessions for local government officials regarding implementation of the zombie property legislation.  Registration is required - Town officials who would like to attend may RSVP at - please include your name in addition to other attendees you wish to bring, with their titles, as well as the name and date of the event you would like to attend.
